ADDITIONAL INCOME LOAN

The following information is required for anyone who wants to provide additional income to support the loan repayment :

For business income the following is required:
Proof of business ownership that is; business registration and business permit.
CR12 for limited companies, Director's consent for the use of company documents and bank statements
6 months bank statement where the business incomes are credited every month.
Business cash flow for the last 6 months. (analysis of the income and expenditure)


For rental income the following is required:

Current tenancy agreements.
Rental income schedule for the last 6 months. -excel sheet
6 months bank statement where the rent is credited every month.
