ASSET FINANCING

Asset acquisition is one way of building a member's wealth and currently, the Kenya Bankers offers financing for houses and land.
In this case, we give a multiplier of your savings but you shall not require guarantors for it. The property being purchased is used as collateral for the loan.
The maximum repayment period for the Asset finance loan is 60 months and is given at 1.25% p.m
