Process flow and Requirements of Mabati Rolling Mills (MRM)

1. Identify MRM product of choice ( visit center, call, website, email, Kenya Banker's team).

2. MRM sends  Pro Forma Invoice (PFI)  with member number to customer and the Kenya Banker's contact.

3. a) Customers credit appraisal, send approval and guarantee to MRM.
    b) Send approval mail and guarantee to MRM once approved.
    c) Sends LPO indicating PFI number, that is, member number or sends a stamped PFI number.
    d) Informs MRM if declined.

4. Makes full payments as per 15 days credit period.

5. Releases/transports products purchased.
